Lately..

The other day I realised that I've been gaining weight... due to overeating, lack of exercise, etc. I'm actually too scared to weight myself because I can just FEEL I've gained weight, and plus someone recently told me I've gained weight.. *sad face* I really really really want to lose the weight I've gained plus the weight I set out to lose ages ago. So I invested in an el-cheapo blender to make smoothies with and bought some exercise gear.

I've always tried to include spinach in my diet because its extremely healthy blah blah blah, but if you eat it every single day, day and night, you can seriously get sick of the taste. I found a new way to include it in without having to deal with the taste! SMOOTHIE! Just add one or two handfuls of spinach with other smoothie ingredients and blend! You can't even taste the spinach and you're getting your daily veg in a fruit smoothie.. hehe..

My mega smoothie for the day..
This particular smoothie contains: Raspberries, Strawberries, Spinach, Blueberries, Bananas. Yup, a whole lot of goodness!

Add yoghurt, honey and your choice of milk! I'm trying to stay away from dairy milk because apparently it makes you bloated?

Anyways, BLEND BLEND BLEND.

TA-DA! A delicious & healthy smoothie (with spinach)!

Oh, and look at the awesome salmon I cooked the other day hehe, isn't it pretty? :)

Anyways, so now I'm trying to exercise daily (30 day shred) and reducing my portions and TRYING to not watch tv when eating (bad habit) ! Hopefully I'll be able to lose those fats and look and feel better!

I just came back from London (again) and omgosh... I seriously can NOT control myself when it comes to sales time! I said to myself that I would NOT buy ANYMORE things and I just can't stop myself!!! Especially Zara...! Nearly everything in the store is on sale... how can I resist?! I've already made 4 HUGE Asos orders in the past WEEK... Seriously... I think I have a spending problem... :( SAVE ME!

Harry Potter Studio Tour - London!

So a couple of weeks ago I went to the newly opened Harry Potter Studio Tour in London... After more than 4hrs travelling by coach and train I made it! It was pretty interesting seeing all the real props and the sets used in the Harry Potter films. I used to be a massive Harry Potter fan when the movies came out and watched up until HP3 a billion times but.. I should have rewatched some of the later films because I felt lost at some points because I couldn't remember what happened or what a certain thing was! :(

Harry's cupboard under the staircase!

The Great Hall

Potions Lessons

Death masks

I wonder who lives here... ;)

Drinking butterbeer...

Oh hello.

Creepy... so realistic!

YUM.

So many wands!

Sorting hat !

There were also so many people there it was hard to take photos without people photobombing all your shots! Overall, pretty good fun and a must see for all HP fans!
